The Cisar Ancona, adapting to new trends and modern technologies, wishes to propose the "Radio on demand" (doing a little bit towards the Video on demand) to all Radio Amateurs' s Association.
Seriously take some concerted action by all our members to properly align the antennas of the repeater RU26 alpha, and it is here that takes over on-demand, or if you live you will aim the antenna in your direction ...
Let me explain, for logistical reasons having to install four separate directional antennas, we'd like to direct them towards those directions that collect the greatest "catchment area" ... so if you live you could see the quality and intensity of the signal to and from your station.

The day then continued (and here comes the best part) with a classic and spicy spaghetti with lots of garlic, chilli & oglio accompanied by good red and white wine (we drank a little .. one of the members were two municipal policemen !) continuing with cold cuts, pork, cheese, olives, mushrooms ... and so on and so forth! A special thanks goes to Fabio XYL Secretary (iw6dsd) who made an excellent dessert that along with an equally good coffee and coffee-killing has given us a good dinner to conclude the whole "DIY".
As always rumors have long persisted between old memories, when radios were still in the tube and maybe even tweak AM pushing the memory to the "cat whisker" of crystal radio (true CEU), ranging up to then future projects (in the near future) of digital radio and wi-fi.
Then we realized that it was really late and our respective families ... maybe we were claiming we are left with the 'intention to resent and to meet again soon on the radio again for the next edition and with knowledge that he spent a' good day with people toghether with the same passion for radio.

While I was storing the magazines 's past year, giving a' last look at the rankings of the various contests of the season just ended, I ran the results of the Contest, IARU VHF Reg.1.
By a kind of small "professional deformation" I went to scroll through the results, in search of some well known names, or at least in our area, with great surprise, I came across a name that I was playing again ... IZ6SAC!
I want to take advantage of the space of this blog to congratulate Andrew for the Corinth 's great achievement, the fifth position in class six hours is certainly a good position for a newly licensed experiences in the first contest!
The thing that struck me perhaps more, in addition to the ranking, was the fact of perfect writing the log, without encountering any compilation error! I guarantee that it is not an easy task to transcribe precisely all elements of the link (name, time, lessor, progressive etc..) And go free the strict controls of the manager!

Then again ... CONGRATULATIONS! Keep it up!
